James and Charles came out to the house put all my new windows in and did an excellent job. If they worked for me I’d give them a raise. They cleaned up after their self they installed the windows. The windows are supposed to be installed. They seem to be too great guys. Thank you for the work.

Arthur Reyher did a fine job in helping us pick out and order windows for our house. And we are especially thankful for the fantastic job Kerry Wright and his son Kerry Jr. did with installing the windows and cleaning up. We could not have asked for or expected more from these 3. Window World of Indianapolis is a great company.

Carrie and Carey II showed up at my home today morning and installed 11 windows. I was very pleased with their Workmanship. They were very professional and did a great job. Would recommend definitely.
One minor issue could have been resolved prior to them leaving.
None the less very good team.

It's been a good experience so far. The sales person was nice and the installation people were very good. Everything looks ok but I contacted you before Thanksgiving about one of my windows cracked. I added a picture of the label that's on the window. I need that replaced.

Without a doubt Window World of Indianapolis is simply the BEST EXPERIENCE anyone could hope for in the realm of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tony and Robby are the standouts! Our company was trying to get new windows for a new customer on a home that we were selling!
As a homebuilder we have built over 5,000 homes in Illinois and I can say with confidence, I have never encountered such kindness, incredible work ethic & EXTRA effort, as I was given by Tony and Robby! Because of their dedication & professionalism we were able to make our customers thrilled and resulted in an entirely smooth closing for us!
THANK YOU WINDOW WORLD For Hiring the BEST OF THE BEST People as well as a fabulous well priced product!

They called ahead of time and made sure it was the proper day to come and called me when they planned on arriving to do the job. Both the installers were very helpful and glad to learn more about your windows.
