From sales (Josiah) to installation (Tyler & crew), they were a pleasure to work with. Very clean installation. Very noticeable difference from our old windows.
One thing worth noting - The new windows are about 1"+ thicker than our old ones (good). This caused depth issues when reinstalling our blinds (bad). We made it work, but wish we'd known ahead of time.
Overall, very happy with Window World of Indianapolis!

My husband Robert and I ordered and had 7 windows replaced. They were exactly what we ordered, and they came in very timely. The installers were superb. They were timely, clean, had all kinds of plastic to keep things clean, and had booties for indoors. His name is Kerry Wright and his son works with him. They were very efficient. I would highly recommend Window World and definitely Kerry Wright as the installer.
